UNDEFENDED LEADERSHIP,

"In any leadership situation there is a relationship between the leader and the goal. Without a goal, a point toward which people are being directed it is hard to say that leadership is taking place. The leaders ability to articulate the goal is VISION, but the relationship between the followers and the goal is MOVEMENT. IN other words the followers have actually to move towards the goal ENVISIONED by the leader. 

There must be some kind of strategy and tactics to enable this movement to take place-OTHERWISE..it will disintegrate into chaos. Finally a healthy LEADER-FOLLOWER DYNAMIC is characterized by the experience of TRUST between them. This is the glue that bonds them together. This is the means by which the followers enters into the leaders own sense of CONFIDENCE,VISION AND PURPOSE. 

The followers appropriate the life the leader is living, and in this way the leader becomes the vehicle for the followers to move into the unknown. This is an appropriate exercise of power.

If TRUST brokers down the CONNECTION is broken. Then either the followers no longer follow or the  leader finds other means to ensure that they Do-though COERCION,MANIPULATION or the like.and so begins to exercise POWER INAPPROPRIATELY

HOW CAN I BECOME A GODLY INFLUENCE ON OTHERS?
“The eyes of the Lord are always scanning the earth in order to find Godly men and women who will step forward and use their influence to exalt righteousness . (2Chro 16:9)
We see in Ezekiel, where God says “So I sought for a man among who would make a wall, and stand in the Gap before me on behalf of the Land that I should not destroy it” (EZEKIEL 22:20)

Sometimes these Gaps are so serious that they imperil entire nations. Such a time faced Israel following the Exodus; But the word of God records this remarkable statement. “THEREFORE HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DESTROY THEM,HAD NOT MOSES HIS CHOSEN ONE BEFORE HIM IN THE BREACH,TO TURN HIS WRATH” (PS 106:23)
“Few of us will never be called upon to save a nation. But we can built up walls of protection around our families and churches by insisting on speaking the whole counsel of God.
We can resist the Devil daily and refuse the sensuality and pervasions of this age.

A Woman Named Mary poured expensive perfume on Jesus head and Gained for herself an eternal Monument in the stream of History.
