I don’t know about your
past or what it was like but what I do know is that it can be changed.
“Don’t ever let someone
tell you-you can’t do something. Not even me.”
In you there is a light
that is waiting to be turned on. In you there are abilities waiting to be
revealed. In you is compassion waiting to be shared. In you is love that
is not yet given. In you is the person you are destined to become.
Your past does not equal
your future.
Look into your own life.
Let’s go back to your childhood days. Do you remember that kid in your class
who always talks, seems to be districted and the prediction was that he was not
going to amount to anything? But he did. Do you personally know of anyone who
has proven that what they wanted out of life became a reality? Do you remember
that nerd who no one wanted to talk to? But he or she has become a great
success. I say that to say, you don’t have to go too far to realize that your past
doesn’t equal your future.
If what you are
experiencing is poverty. That can change. If in your past you had bad
relationships after bad relationships. That can change. If you were told you
are not good enough. That can change. It doesn’t matter what the experiences
were, you can have a better future.
A quick note: You may
have to change your mindset. You may have to believe in yourself before others
do. You may have to start using examples of other people success to encourage
your own endeavors, but don’t judge your future base on your past experiences.
Everybody has experience that they sometimes which they could change but you
know what, it is some of those same experiences helped them to be who they are
today. What they did was use their experiences to propel them forward into
being a better and stronger person and you must believe you too can do the
same.
What do you believe is possible
for you?
